MySQL and other database engine policy The customer is responsible for maintaining their software databases to the best of their ability.

All software and applications cannot use more than 10% of all resources allocated to MySQL or other database engines. All databases that are hosted in a shared hosting environment are on a high speed SSD drive.

Considering the performance of the storage engine, all query runs longer than 1 second are considered slow. A shared hosting application or database cannot generate more than 1% slow queries for a given day. VPS and Dedicated Hosting customers may use the resources of their service when they deem it appropriate as long as their activity does not affect the performance or availability of any other resource maintained by the Company and used by other customers.

Technical support policy Best GlobalMed provides free technical assistance as a free service for all verification advisory services for products purchased and in transit as well as additional services. The technical support service is an additional service not included in the purchase service.
